Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above in Light Chemical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related fields.
More than two years of experience in the R&D of auxiliary chemicals, familiar with the physical and chemical properties of materials and applicable auxiliary chemicals, and understanding of basic R&D processes for auxiliary chemicals.
Ability to keep abreast of industry developments and use database resources to retrieve technical solutions for research topics.
Strong capability in R&D innovation and implementation.
Export Sales Manager
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for formulating sales plans and developing sales strategies based on customer and market conditions.
Record contact information for overseas customers and understand their needs.
Organize personnel to confirm requirements from overseas customers and review sales contracts.
Regularly follow up on samples for new overseas customers and promptly handle customer requests.
Timely address complaints and issues with non-conforming products from overseas customers, ensuring good pre-sales and after-sales service.
Manage the daily operations of the sales team, helping to establish, supplement, develop, and train the sales force.
Responsible for international sales and promotion of company products, achieving departmental sales targets.
Establish and optimize operational procedures and management systems for the company’s trade business.
Manage and maintain customer relationships and long-term strategic partnerships.
Participate in various international trade exhibitions, identifying and tracking potential customers.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, International Trade, or related fields, with more than three years of relevant export management experience.
Good English proficiency and oral communication skills, with a solid grasp of sales management theory.
Familiarity with the export process.
Excellent market judgment and development capabilities, adept at public relations and social networking, with outstanding negotiation and adaptability skills.
Associate degree or above in International Trade, Foreign Trade English, or related fields.
Familiarity with all aspects of trade work processes and related laws and regulations, knowledgeable about trade terms, logistics, customs clearance, and tax knowledge.
At least two years of experience managing an export sales team; five years of business work experience.
Strong listening, speaking, reading, and writing abilities, proficient in using computer office software.
Possess good management, communication, problem-solving skills, strong negotiation techniques, high sense of responsibility, and strong stress tolerance.
Preference given to candidates with extensive experience in the electronic components industry.
