Application System :

Tech-2122 is a polyester-modified polysiloxane compound with hydroxyl-terminated groups. It has a highly reactive hydroxymethyl end functional group -CH2OH. The reactivity is much higher than that of ordinary hydroxyl silicone oil with Si-OH as the reactive functional group. Tech-2122 has good compatibility with polyester polyols. Through its reaction with isocyanate, the organosilicon component can be introduced into polyurethane materials, thereby improving the flexibility, water resistance, smoothness, weather resistance and other properties of polyurethane materials.

Dosage :

The addition amount varies according to different requirements. The dosage can be 0.1-5% of the total amount. For permanent hand feeling, it is 0.2-1%. For anti-staining, it is 2-6%. For resin modification, it is 1-6%. It can be added at any stage of production.
