1、 The entire process of repairing paint

02.Atomic ash putty

The core function of atomic ash putty is to provide structural filling and surface leveling treatment for damaged car bodies. The recommended amount of additives for the basic formula is as follows:

03.Intermediate primer

Intermediate primer (also known as “second coat primer” or “second coat slurry”) directly affects the durability, aesthetics, and construction efficiency of the paint surface, and has requirements for continuity and compatibility. The recommended amount of additives for the basic formula is as follows:

In this intermediate primer, the TAG additive Tech-598 dispersant has excellent viscosity reduction, good storage stability, and multiple additives work together to ensure the adhesion and aesthetics of the paint film.

 

04.Color paint topcoat

Color paint and topcoat are the core coatings that determine the appearance of a vehicle. Their function is not only to provide color, but also to provide decoration, protection, and functionality. The recommended amount of additives for the basic formula is as follows:

The combination of Tech-1601 and Tech-2550 leveling agent can achieve excellent leveling and fullness. At the same time, it can also be observed that the use of Tech-58687 dispersant to disperse organic pigments results in a bright and visually striking hue.

 

05.Glossy topcoat

The topcoat in automotive repair paint is the final layer of the coating system, mainly used to provide comprehensive protection for the paint surface and enhance its aesthetic appeal. The recommended amount of additives for the basic formula is as follows:
