Application System :

Tech-2170 is a modified polysiloxane compound with single-ended monohydroxyl group, which has a highly reactive hydroxymethyl-terminal functional group-CH2OH, and the reactivity is much higher than that of ordinary hydroxyl silicone oil with Si-OH as the reactive functional group. Through its reaction with isocyanate, silicone components can be introduced into the polyurethane material, thereby improving the flexibility, water resistance, slip resistance, weather resistance and other properties of the polyurethane material.

Dosage :

Improve abrasion resistance and low-temperature flexural resistance; The dosage can be 0.1-5% of the total amount, 0.2-1% of the permanent feel, 2-6% of anti-sticking, and 1-6% of resin modification, which can be added at any stage of production, suitable for water-based and oil-based systems.
