Tech-: Model prefix for the TAIGA ADDITIVE product series.

Defoamers can quickly break down foam generated in slurry during manufacturing and application, while continuously suppressing the formation of new foam, ensuring that the paint film is free of surface defects such as pinholes, craters, and fish eyes. Defoamers penetrate the foam liquid film through controlled incompatibility, reducing the local elasticity of the film and accelerating fluid drainage, causing the film to rupture; simultaneously, fine hydrophobic particles act as foam-breaking nuclei within the system, forming a long-lasting anti-foaming barrier. Compared to traditional defoamers, polyether-modified silicone defoamers feature a precisely engineered molecular structure that delivers faster foam-breaking speeds and longer foam-suppression periods. The ratio of polyether segments to the siloxane backbone in their molecular chains is adjustable, providing highly efficient defoaming while offering excellent compatibility and adaptability to various systems, thereby preventing side effects such as pinholes and haze. Product models containing the letter “W” (e.g., Tech-321W) are surface-active additives specifically developed for water-based systems.
