    High-performance silicone-modified acrylate polymers that offer both versatility and thermal stability. As a new type of additive, they deliver outstanding performance across a wide range of properties and are an excellent choice for PFAS-free formulations.

      Tech-2550 is a PFAS-free, highly compatible mirror-finish leveling agent,Suitable for both water-based and oil-based systems, this product features a silicone-modified acrylate structure. Through molecular design, it structurally addresses leveling issues across both long- and short-wavelength ranges, making it the preferred additive for current mirror-finish DOI formulations and PFAS-free formulations.

 





● Defoaming Technology—Fluorine-Free, Ultra-Low-Silicon Solution (Recommended)

The adoption of an ultra-low-silicon solution as a substitute for PFAS defoamers is made possible by Tiger Additives’ more than 20 years of continuous dedication to advanced silicone synthesis technology. This has enabled fluorine-free silicone polymers to deliver defoaming performance that is essentially equivalent to that of PFAS defoamers, while also offering excellent compatibility.

Tech-367N-4 is a PFAS-free, highly compatible defoamer. It is a specially optimized, fluorine-free (PFAS-free) version of Tech-367N that contains no defoaming particles and provides a defoaming performance comparable to that of fluorinated defoamers. Its performance in two-component polyurethane (2K PU) systems, as tested at a 0.4% addition rate, is as follows:
