Product Group: Wetting and Dispersing Agent
Product Series

“Tech-” is the product series code (model prefix) for TAIGA ADDITIVE

Wetting and dispersing agents can achieve stable dispersion of various pigments (including inorganic, organic, and effect pigments) and fillers, promoting the formation of a fine and uniform suspension of solid particles in the liquid phase and ensuring stability during storage. Wetting and dispersing agents improve the wetting conditions on particle surfaces and, through the synergistic action of electrostatic and steric effects, prevent uncontrolled agglomeration and flocculation of particles. Compared to traditional dispersants, superdispersants have a higher molecular weight and stronger steric effects; their molecular chains contain abundant pigment-affinity groups and solvating segments, resulting in superior compatibility.

Key Advantages

  • Reduce viscosity
  • Stabilize pigment fineness
  • Prevent separation
  • Prevent settling
  • Enhance gloss
  • Increase powder loading
  • Controlled flocculation or de-flocculation
