Tech-2439
Tech-2439 is a fluorinated surfactant that significantly reduces the surface tension of systems, delivering strong wetting and anti-cratering performance. It is suitable for waterborne and UV-curing systems. Meanwhile, Tech-2439 exhibits very low foam, greatly minimizing the excessive foaming drawback commonly associated with conventional fluorosurfactants. It can also be used in demanding systems with strong acidity or alkalinity

Therefore, choosing the appropriate wetting agent not only effectively wets the substrate, but also affects the improvement of other properties of the coating, such as appearance (shrinkage, pinholes, flatness, etc.), gloss, and stability.
Among them, for application scenarios that are more difficult to wet, conventional substrate wetting agents have limited ability to reduce surface tension in water-based coating systems. Tech-2439, as a new generation of organic fluorine surfactants, perfectly solves such problems.

Universal for Water and Oil
Possessing extremely short molecular chains, it can rapidly reduce the surface tension of the paint film and move quickly in defective areas, exhibiting excellent anti-cratering ability. Tech-2439 has very low foam, will not bring stable foam behavior to the system, and has no effect on interlayer adhesion. It greatly reduces the shortcoming of high foaming associated with conventional fluorosurfactants and can be used in harsh systems with strong acidity or alkalinity

Scope of Application
